Updating Your Account Information

Have you locked yourself out of your account, forgotten which email you signed up with, or taken ownership of a website using our products but without the access, you need to get into the account?

We take personal information and security seriously, while striving to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store. Our goal is to protect you from unauthorized access, data destruction, misuse, modification, or disclosure.

For this security reason, under no circumstances will we share personal information on an account or grant access to a user claiming to have lost their email address.

If you find yourself in a similar situation, then we can propose the following actions:

  1. Try to get in touch with the person who set up the account / purchased the subscription/license key for you. Please note, we cannot disclose any information about the person.
  2. Use the license until it expires, and then purchase a new license setting up your own account.
  3. Purchase a new license and set up your own account now.

When it comes to purchasing a subscription, we recommend purchasing it under your own name and giving your developer the license key for the site. This way, you’ll retain control of your own account for managing billing information and accessing support services, and you won’t lose access to your subscriptions should you decide to switch developers. How to change account data

If you have access to your account, then you can change the following details in your account:

Change email address, first and last name, password, VAT number

My Account > Account Details

Access, prolong, or upgrade your license keys

My Account > Downloads & Licenses

Cancel a subscription

You can turn automatic subscription renewal on and off here:

My Account > Downloads & Licenses

Add or remove a new payment method

My Account > Payment Methods

Please note, you can only remove a payment method if the automatic renewal for all associated subscriptions is turned off. You can do this on the Downloads & Licenses page.

Change a payment method for a specific subscription

My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Choose the appropriate subscription > Change Payment

Change Billing Address and the e-mail address to receive subscription notifications

My Account > Payment Methods > click on Edit in the My Address section

Manually renew a subscription

My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Choose the appropriate subscription > Renew now

Note, if you renew a subscription that is not yet expired, a full year will be added to your subscription period from the time of expiry.

Terminating your account

We’d be sad to see you leave, of course, but we also want to make sure terminating your account is as safe and easy as possible. We abide by GDPR when it comes to account requests and have steps as well as a request form you can use to remove your account.
