If you regularly create ticketed events and use the same attendee fieldset each time, you know how repetitive it can be to manually apply it for every ticket. We’ve have this ticket extension that takes care of this for you, making the process truly “set it and forget it.”

How It Works

This extension allows you to choose a default attendee fieldset in your settings, and it will automatically apply that preset to any new tickets you create. No extra clicks needed when setting up each event.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Install and activate the ticket extension.
  2. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Tickets → Settings → Attendee Registration → Default Attendee Fields for Collecting Attendee Registration Information.
  3. Select your preferred default preset on each option and click Save.
  4. Create a new event with a ticket.
  5. In the ticket’s Attendee Information settings, leave the fieldset blank and save the ticket and event.

When you edit or view that ticket afterward, you’ll see your chosen default fieldset already in place — automatically applied without you needing to select it manually.

Why This is Useful

For anyone managing a large number of events, this can be a real time-saver. Instead of opening each ticket to set attendee fields, you can rely on your preset to be there from the start. It’s especially useful if your events require consistent information from attendees, such as name, email, or custom fields.

By setting your default once, you can focus on creating and managing your events instead of repetitive ticket setup.

Note: If you manually select a predefined fieldset or create attendee registration fields yourself, those will take priority and override the settings from this extension.
