Our Promoter service schedules an import of any newly created or updated events from your site. Where it pulls the event data found on your site&#8217;s JSON path \u2192 <code>https:\/\/your-site-here.com\/wp-json\/tribe\/events\/v1\/events<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-3-color has-theme-palette-8-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-e0e787a8f1e2bbb103fac26c3ba051ce\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> Promoter will only sync events from your WordPress site that have tickets associated with them and have at least one attendee for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-check-for-caching-issues\">Check for Caching Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If there are missing event(s) on your list, you can try to check if you have any active caching plugins (WP Optimize, W3 Total Cache, etc.) or services (Cloudflare, Jetpack etc.) and flush the cached content.
