However, there are some key differences depending on whether you are using our free plugin or our premium plugin that we&#8217;d like to highlight so there are no surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below, we&#8217;ll list out the features for Stripe that are included with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-event-tickets\">Event Tickets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commission of 2% on ticket sales. (not including Stripe&#8217;s charges).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept payments via credit cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select between displaying credit cards fields in a single line or multifield.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept payments via credit cards with a handful of payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment methods included with ET: Credit cards, AfterPay &amp; ClearPay, Alipay, Giropay, Klarna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-event-tickets-plus\">Event Tickets Plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removal of the 2% commission on ticket sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional payment methods included:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bancontact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BECS direct debit (Australia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boleto (Brazil)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EPS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FPX<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GrabPay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iDEAL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OXXO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SEPA direct debit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WeChat Pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept payments via Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-troubleshooting\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-500-internal-server-error-when-connecting-to-stripe\">500 Internal Server Error When Connecting to Stripe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In some edge cases, when attempting to <strong>&#8220;Connect to Stripe&#8221;<\/strong> via the <strong>Tickets &gt; Settings &gt; Payments<\/strong> page, you may encounter a <strong>500 Internal Server Error<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"886\" height=\"694\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2025\/07\/error500-edited.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1965852\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2025\/07\/error500-edited.png 886w, https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2025\/07\/error500-edited-300x235.png 300w, https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2025\/07\/error500-edited-768x602.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 886px) 100vw, 886px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why This Happens<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Stripe accounts have a limit of <strong>16 webhook endpoints per account<\/strong>. If that limit is exceeded, any new connection attempts\u2014such as the one initiated by Event Tickets\u2014can fail, resulting in a server error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Fix It<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your <strong>Stripe Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Developers &gt; Webhooks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the list of webhook endpoints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete one or more webhook endpoints that are no longer in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go back to <strong>Event Tickets &gt; Settings &gt; Payments<\/strong> and try connecting to Stripe again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This should allow Event Tickets to register its own webhook without exceeding Stripe\u2019s limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-checkout-unavailable\"><strong>Checkout Unavailable<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There may be instances where you may encounter the <strong>Checkout Unavailable!<\/strong> notice at the checkout screen below.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"626\" height=\"124\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1964375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image.png 626w, https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-300x59.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 626px) 100vw, 626px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Several factors may contribute to this occurrence.
