This is a quick and thorough way for us to see the details of your site&#8217;s setup, which is often essential for helping us pinpoint problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sharing-auto\">Sharing the Information Automatically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As of The Events Calendar 5.8.2, when you go to Events \u2192 Troubleshooting in your wp-admin you&#8217;ll see the option to share your System Information with the support team.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2019\/10\/tec-troubleshoot-sysinfo.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1950702\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re using the Event Tickets plugin alone (without having the Events Calendar plugin installed on that same site), you can find the System Information at Tickets \u2192 Troubleshooting in your wp-admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For prior versions of The Events Calendar, that option will be available when you go to Events \u2192 Help as in the following screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Screen-Shot-2016-10-22-at-2.36.15-PM.png\" alt=\"screen-shot-2016-10-22-at-2-36-15-pm\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By doing this, you can expect a slightly faster support experience since the whole &#8220;Can you share your system information with us?&#8221; step is removed from the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you check this option, then that&#8217;s all you have to do! Your system information should be accessible by the support team. You only need to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.theeventscalendar.com\/submit_ticket\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">head over to our help desk<\/a> and open a new support ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sharing-manual\">Sharing the Information Manually<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No worries if you don&#8217;t want the information to be shared automatically! Here is how to do it manually:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your system information is located right in your WordPress site admin, at the <strong>Events \u2192 Troubleshooting <\/strong>tab in the most recent versions of the plugin or &nbsp;<strong>Events \u2192 Help<\/strong> tab in the previous version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To share your site&#8217;s details, highlight the <strong>entirety<\/strong> of the black or blue text box, and copy it into your support ticket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Please do not post the information as a screenshot!<\/strong> And please <strong>do not post incomplete information<\/strong>. Copy and paste the <em>complete text<\/em> of the System Information box and paste the <em>complete text<\/em> to share it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The system information panel looks like this in your WordPress site admin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone wp-image-1950703 size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2019\/10\/tec-sysinfo-box.png\" alt=\"KB - System Information Box\" class=\"wp-image-1950703\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u261d\ufe0f Be sure to copy and paste all of the text from inside that blue box if you&#8217;re using the most recent versions of The Events Calendar.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.theeventscalendar.com\/kb\/uploads\/2015\/04\/KB-system-info-665x512.png\" alt=\"KB - system info\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u261d\ufe0f Be sure to copy and paste all of the text from inside of that black box that is available in older versions of The Events Calendar.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sharing-manual\">Sharing System Information If Troubleshooting Option Isn&#8217;t Available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, our plugin\u2019s troubleshooting option may not appear. This can happen due to using an older version of the plugin or because of permission restrictions on your WordPress site. However, in order for our support team to help you effectively, we still need to review your site\u2019s system information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can manually share this information using WordPress\u2019s built-in <strong>Site Health<\/strong> tool.
