But what if you want to use one of our paid plugins on multiple sites? We&#8217;ve got you covered! You can upgrade your subscription for use on multiple sites, right from the comfort of your TheEventsCalendar.com account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"levels\">Subscription levels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We have four subscription levels available: Personal, Business, Agency, and Unlimited. These titles are just descriptive, not rules. If you need licensing for a single site, you only need the Personal license, no matter what kind of site it is for. Business subscriptions allow you to use a license on up to 3 sites, and Agency subscriptions can be activated on up to 10 sites. Unlimited subscriptions can be activated on as many sites as desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For multisite users, Multisite subscriptions are also available. For more information on upgrading an existing single-site subscription to Multisite, please <a href=\"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/contact\/\">contact our support team<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"upgrading\">Upgrading a subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:var(--global-palette8)\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you choose to put your subscription <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.theeventscalendar.com\/knowledgebase\/k\/how-to-put-a-subscription-on-hold\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">On Hold<\/a><\/strong> for any reason, you will no longer see the <strong>Manage<\/strong> option to upgrade your license type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can upgrade a subscription at any time, so when your needs change, your subscription can, too! Your new subscription tier will become effective immediately after purchase&#8211;simply pay the difference between your current tier and your desired upgrade tier. When your subscription renews automatically, you&#8217;ll be billed at the regular yearly rate for your new subscription tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To upgrade your current subscription tier, log in to your account and navigate to the <a href=\"https:\/\/theeventscalendar.com\/my-account\/subscriptions\/\">Manage Subscriptions<\/a> screen in your account. Your current product subscriptions and license keys will be listed there. Click the &#8220;Manage&#8221; button for the subscription you want to renew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Screen-Shot-2020-10-15-at-5.54.51-PM-1024x407.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1948294\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>That takes you to the details of your subscription. Click the subscription menu icon and select the &#8220;Upgrade License&#8221; option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Screen-Shot-2020-10-15-at-5.27.19-PM-1024x729.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1948286\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This will pop up a list of upgrade options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Screen-Shot-2020-10-15-at-6.11.08-PM-1024x655.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1948300\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the license level you want.
